A challenging client Project in the scope of A400M program, you will undertake the responsible tasks regarding Integrated Logistical Support. Working between the technology, data analysis and project coordination interface, you will realize the continous improvement goal and secure logistical operational capacity of very complex systems
Your duties at first glance
- Coordinating and executing the ILS services within the framework of technical projects
- Processsing the work packets independently within time, budget and quality criteria.
- Further improvement and optimization of ILS processes about the Project.
- Supporting the estimating necessary workforce for logistics operations
- Deriving measures that increase efficiency and logistics data analysis
- Preparing meaningful reports for evaluating logistics processes
- Collaborating in requirements and customer management and with close cooperation with work package administrators
- Intrdoducing the work processes, supporting its documentation and continous improvement
- Handling the technical customer questions within regards to data analysis
- Testing and approving the software updates for internal tools.
- Approval and ensuring quality of automatically generated reports.
- Collabrating process optimization and automation
Your profile, analytical, well structured, team focused
- Completed Works for, logistics, business informatics, mathematics, computer science, industrial engineering or similar disciplines
- First Professional experience in ILS, logistics, or technical data analysis.
- Preferably having information in software development (C# for example)
- Having prone to data analysis and It assisted business methods
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
- High level of quality and responsibility awareness
- Customer focused thinking and strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially good knwoledge of Excel and Access
- Excellent German skills and good level of spoken and written English.
- Willingness for occasional business trips
